This project came to the world because a colleague of mine needed a way of calculating speed, distance and time at sea and i needed a hobby-project to learn programming for iOS and Android.

Time went and the native app became a mobile web solution based on jQuery mobile and HTML.

This version runs well on most mobile devices. Most testing is done on Windows Phone and iOS and the app makes use of iOS-features like offline-mode and homescreen icon to make it look like a real app.

Since i don’t use this my self (i don’t even have a boat…) updates are mostly by request 🙂
