Det blev riktigt gott. Det var n\u00e5tt \u00e5t det h\u00e4r h\u00e5llet jag gjorde \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>1. Fr\u00e4s tv\u00e5 hackade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, en hackad purjol\u00f6k, tv\u00e5 mor\u00f6tter i bitar, en h\u00f6g potatis i klyftor och en n\u00e4ve grovt hackad f\u00e4nk\u00e5l i lite olivolja.<\/p>\n<p>2. Sl\u00e4ng i en lagom h\u00f6g hackad basilika och en lika stor h\u00f6g med timjan. F\u00e4rska kryddor s\u00e5 klart!<\/p>\n<p>3. Sl\u00e4ng i ett paket saffran, 2 dl vatten, 2,5 dl vit vin, 3 dl gr\u00e4dde, 1,5 dl creme fraishe, 3-4 msk hummerfond. L\u00e5t sjuda under lock tills potatisen k\u00e4nns \u00e4tbar. Smaka av med salt och peppar.<\/p>\n<p>4. T\u00e4rna 3-400 gram lax och lika mycket torsk och l\u00e4gg i soppan. V\u00e4nta tills fisken \u00e4r klar.<\/p>\n<p>5. Tills\u00e4tt 150 gram r\u00e4kor.
