Egentligen ska den tillagas av f\u00e4rsk fl\u00e4skl\u00e4gg, men det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 tag i s\u00e5 jag anv\u00e4nder rimmad. Dessutom ska den grillas fr\u00e5n r\u00e5tt tillst\u00e5nd men denna f\u00f6rkokas, vilket jag tycker ger en saftigare l\u00e4gg.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg fl\u00e4skl\u00e4gen i en stor gryta. Fyll p\u00e5 med vatten tills l\u00e4ggen t\u00e4cks. Koka upp och skumma av. Tills\u00e4tt ca 0,5 liter ljust \u00f6l, tv\u00e5 stora l\u00f6kar (i stora bitar) och en morot. Krydda med 10 &#8211; 12 vitpepparkorn och 4 lagerblad. L\u00e5t koka varsamt i ca 2 timmar.<\/p>\n<p>Ta upp l\u00e4ggen ur grytan och l\u00e5t den svalna. Sk\u00e5ra sv\u00e5len och grilla i ugn 30-40 minuter p\u00e5 200 grader. V\u00e4nd l\u00e4ggen s\u00e5 att den grillas runt om.
