Blev fantastiskt gott \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r gjorde jag:<\/p>\n<p>1. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 100-125 grader. Jag stekte raggmunken i stekpanna, med rikligt med sm\u00f6r, tills den hade fin f\u00e4rg. Sedan la jag in den i ugnen f\u00f6r att bli helt genomstekt samt att h\u00e5lla den varm.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vispa ihop 2dl mj\u00f6lk, 2dl mj\u00f6l till en sl\u00e4t smet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tills\u00e4tt 2 \u00e4gg, ytterligare 2dl mj\u00f6lk samt 1-1,5 tsk salt.\u00a0Vispa ihop.<\/p>\n<p>4. Skala 1\/2kg potatis och riv grovt.<\/p>\n<p>5. Skala 1-2 mor\u00f6tter och riv grovt.<\/p>\n<p>6. V\u00e4nd ner potatis och mor\u00f6tter i smeten och blanda ihop.<\/p>\n<p>7. Stek i rikligt med sm\u00f6r p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme. Anv\u00e4nd ca 1dl smet per raggmunk<\/p>\n<p>8.
